As it says on our home page - "all garments are priced to include application of your own embroidered logo! One off set-up charge applies - £15 for lettering or £40 for your own logo. Delivery is at cost and there are no hidden charges."
To elaborate on this, full details of our embroidered clothing order terms and conditions are below.
All garments are priced to include a standard embroidery unless clearly stated in the product description. The standard embroidery is a set size and position which is detailed in each product description. Polo shirts for example include an embroidery at up to 10cm (4") wide on the left breast. If you have any other requirements for your embroidery, be it a larger size or different position you can contact us by any means to discuss pricing and the possibility of this. You may like to have your logo embroidered on the back of the garment running shoulder to shoulder or to have an extra logo embroidered on the sleeve - this is all possible at extra cost.
Our standard turn around for orders is 3 weeks from order but we are usually delivering orders with 14 working days at the present time. We start to process orders as soon as payment has been received. If you are paying with a credit or debit card via PayPal, your payment should usually go through straight away. If you chose to pay by cheque the order will be booked in once the cheque has been received and cleared into our bank account. First of all we will digitise your design, run a sample embroidery and email you a scan of it to approve. We aim to do this within 5 working days of receiving your order but usually it is done within 2 or 3 days. Once you have given us the ok we will book your garments in for our embroidery machines and aim to deliver within 20 working days. If you require a quicker turnaround than this please get in touch before ordering and we'll see what we can do.
We price delivery fairly and realistically to cover the costs of our courier, packaging and packing time needed to ensure orders reach you safely. Delivery charge is automatically calculated depending on the size of order and is shown in the shopping cart. Orders are sent out with a courier for delivery the next working day before 5pm and need to be signed for. Delivery is priced as below.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods we have sent you please get in touch with us ASAP. Where we are at fault we will arrange a returns note for you and refund upon return of the goods. Please make sure you check garment sizing before placing your order as we can only accept garments returned due to an error on our part. Any garments found to be faulty will be replaced or refunded for after inspection by our quality control department.
All pricing displayed on our website is exclusive of VAT - this is what we have found most customers are used to. VAT is at 20% and this will be shown in your shopping cart.
